Welcome to GeoSnap. These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and ConcettoLabs Software Services Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat ("ConcettoLabs", "we", "us" or "our"). They apply to the GeoSnap mobile app, the website at geosnap.in, and any related services we provide (together, "GeoSnap" or the "Service").
By downloading, installing, creating an account on, or using GeoSnap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use GeoSnap.
Important: GeoSnap adds location, date, time, map and other details to your photos and videos. These details can reveal where you were and when.
GeoSnap is a GPS map camera app. It lets you capture photos and videos with details such as GPS coordinates, address, date, time, map view, notes, logos and project information stamped on them.
People use GeoSnap for site inspections, property visits, field surveys, construction progress, environmental records, travel and everyday photography.
GeoSnap is a documentation tool. It is not a certified surveying, navigation, forensic or legal evidence instrument.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create a GeoSnap account. If you are under 18, you may use GeoSnap only with the verifiable consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
If you use GeoSnap on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it. In that case, "you" includes that organisation.
By using GeoSnap, you confirm that you can legally enter into this agreement and that the information you give us is accurate.
Creating an account. Some features, such as backup, sync across devices and team features, require a GeoSnap account. You may sign up with your email address or phone number, or through a third-party sign-in such as Google or Apple. When you use a third-party sign-in, that provider's terms also apply.
Keeping your account accurate. Please provide correct information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
Keeping your account secure. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at the contact email if you suspect unauthorised access.
One person per account. Accounts are personal. Do not share your account or create an account for someone else without their permission.
Deleting your account. You can delete your account at any time from within the app under [Settings > Account > Delete Account]. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your account information stored in GeoSnap within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records by law. Photos already saved on your device are not affected.
Using GeoSnap without an account. Where available, you may use core camera and stamping features without an account. Photos taken this way are stored only on your device.
As long as you follow these Terms, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use GeoSnap on devices you own or control, for personal or business purposes.

GeoSnap uses your location only while you are using the app, unless a feature clearly asks for and explains a different use.
You can turn permissions on or off at any time in your device settings. Some features will not work without them, and GeoSnap cannot stamp locations without location permission.
Location. GPS coordinates, addresses and maps come from your device, the operating system and third-party map providers. Accuracy can vary because of weak satellite signal, indoor use, tall buildings, weather, device hardware and settings. Addresses are estimated from coordinates and may be approximate or out of date.
Date and time. When you are online, GeoSnap may use a server-synchronised time to reduce the risk of incorrect device clocks. When you are offline or the server time is unavailable, GeoSnap uses your device's date, time and time zone, which can be wrong or changed.
Manual location. If you choose to set a location manually, the stamp will show the location you selected, not your actual GPS position. You are responsible for using this feature honestly.
For important records, please check that your device's location, date, time and time zone settings are correct before taking photos.
What counts as your content. "Your Content" means the photos, videos, notes, logos, project names, contact details and other material you create, add or upload using GeoSnap.
You own your content. Your photos and videos belong to you. Using GeoSnap does not give us ownership of them.
The permission you give us. To run the Service, we need your permission to handle Your Content. You give ConcettoLabs a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, process, transmit and display Your Content, but only as needed to provide GeoSnap to you. This includes backing up and syncing your photos, generating stamps and maps, and sharing content when you ask us to. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or that remain for a short time in backups.
We do not sell your content. We do not sell Your Content, and we do not use your photos for advertising or to train AI models without your clear permission.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for Your Content and for making sure you have the right to capture, stamp, store and share it. This includes permission to photograph people, private property, documents, and any logos or trademarks you add to stamps.
Before you share. Stamped photos can reveal exact locations, addresses and times. Think about who will see a photo before you share or post it, especially if it shows people, homes, workplaces or sensitive sites.
GeoSnap uses services from other companies to work, such as map and address providers, sign-in providers (Google, Apple), analytics, crash reporting, and app stores.
These services are run independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or practices.
The free version of GeoSnap may show ads from third-party ad networks. These networks may use device identifiers to show relevant ads where you have allowed this. You can control ad personalisation in your device settings.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, including account details, location, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws. It forms part of these Terms.
Location data and stamped photos can be sensitive. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for the consequences of sharing your stamped content with others.
GeoSnap is designed to help you create reliable, well-organised photo records. However, the details on a photo depend on your device, its settings, network conditions and third-party data, and we cannot guarantee that every coordinate, address, map, date or time will be accurate in every case.
GeoSnap photos can support reports, inspections, audits and claims, but whether they are accepted as evidence is decided by the court, government department, insurer, employer, client or other body you submit them to. We do not guarantee that any GeoSnap photo will be accepted for any purpose.
GeoSnap should not be your only source of information for surveying, navigation, legal, insurance, regulatory, emergency or safety-critical decisions. Please check important details independently before relying on them.
The GeoSnap app, website, name, logo, stamp templates, designs, software, text and graphics (everything except Your Content) are owned by ConcettoLabs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
"GeoSnap" and the GeoSnap logo are trademarks of ConcettoLabs. You may not use them without our written permission, except as needed to use the app normally.
Apple, App Store, Google, Google Play and other third-party names are trademarks of their respective owners.
If you believe something in GeoSnap infringes your copyright or other rights, please write to us at the email with enough detail for us to investigate.
We welcome your ideas and suggestions. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve GeoSnap without any obligation to pay you or credit you.
We may release updates that fix bugs, improve security or performance, or add, change or remove features. Some updates may be required for the app to keep working properly.
We work to keep GeoSnap available, but it may sometimes be interrupted because of maintenance, technical problems, internet issues or third-party service failures. We may also limit access temporarily to protect the Service or its users.
If we decide to discontinue GeoSnap or its storage, we will give you reasonable notice so you can download your content.
You can stop using GeoSnap at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the app.
We may suspend or close your account, or restrict your access, if we reasonably believe that you have broken these Terms or the law, created a security risk, or used GeoSnap in a way that could harm other users, third parties or us. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond or download your content first, unless doing so would create legal or security risks.
When your access ends, your license to use GeoSnap ends too.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will continue, including those on ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law.
Ending your access does not entitle you to a refund, except where required by law or the app store's policies.
GeoSnap is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
We do not promise that GeoSnap will always meet your needs, work without interruption or errors, be free of harmful components, or that all location, time and map information will be accurate or complete.
To the extent the law allows, ConcettoLabs and its directors, employees, affiliates and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses. This includes loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, GeoSnap.
In particular, we are not liable for losses arising from:
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
You agree to defend and compensate ConcettoLabs and its directors, employees and affiliates against any claims, losses, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from:
Google Play. If you download GeoSnap from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your download and purchases.
Apple App Store. If you download GeoSnap from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
If you have a concern, please contact us first . We will try to resolve it informally within 30 days.
If we cannot resolve it, the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or GeoSnap.
We may seek urgent court relief anywhere to protect our intellectual property or the security of the Service.
If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you the right to bring claims in your local courts or under local law, nothing in this section takes away those rights.
We may update these Terms as GeoSnap grows or the law changes. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top.
For important changes, we will notify you in the app or by email at least 15 days before they take effect.
If you keep using GeoSnap after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using GeoSnap and delete your account.

We will acknowledge complaints within 24 hour and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any app store terms that apply, form the whole agreement between you and ConcettoLabs about GeoSnap.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be changed only as much as needed to make it valid, and the rest will still apply.
No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a merger or sale of our business, and will tell you if this affects you.
Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government action, internet or power outages, or third-party service failures.
Language. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation and there is a conflict, the English version applies.
By using GeoSnap, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
